Designed for individually zoned comfort, it is available for cooling-only, heat pump with backup electric heat, or straight electric heat applications. With heavy-duty construction and quiet operation, it provides efficient, reliable performance for multifamily, hospitality, assisted living, student housing, and other property applications. Standard warranty includes one year parts and labor, plus five years on the compressor.

Built with variable refrigerant flow technology, the EZVA adjusts capacity based on heating and cooling demand to help improve efficiency, reduce energy use, and maintain individually zoned comfort. The unit is available as a heat pump only or as a heat pump with backup electric heat. With industry-standard sizing and reliable performance, it is built for property applications that require efficient heating and cooling in changing load conditions. Standard warranty includes one year parts and labor, plus five years on the compressor.
